Brian L. Dean earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana in 1978.   Mr. Dean majored in business finance at the prestigious Kelley School of Business where, as a junior, he was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma, an honorary business fraternity, which reserved its membership to the top 5% of the junior business class.

Mr. Dean earned his Juris Doctor degree, with honors, from the Valparaiso University School of Law in 1981, where he graduated 2nd in his class. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1981.

He is a member of the Sarasota County Bar Association and twice served as the President of the Venice/Englewood Bar Association. He is a past member of the American Inns of the Court and a longstanding member of the Florida Justice Association. Mr. Dean practices in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death and has proudly represented injury victims in Sarasota County and Southwest Florida for over 35 years.
